请问永铭术（permanency）有什么用？

永铭术（permanency）——奥术5级　消耗经验值，将特定的法术永久固定在记忆中


我想请问这个法术和Innate Spell和Spell-Like Ability的区别是什么？Innate Spell的特点是消耗一个高8级的法术位，以后可以每轮一次的无限施展。Spell-Like Ability是每天可以使用2次。消耗一个同级的法术位。那请问永铭术的效果是什么？还有，付出的代价是什么？

还有，固定法术的方法除了这3个还有什么方法吗？？

我只想说，楼主如果SRD和PHB都没看过，那么就先去看了再来讨论。除了WOTC官方的规则书及其勘误，任何其他来源的规则相关信息都要先打个问号再看，包括翻译版。尤其是电脑游戏，要先假定那里面的规则都是错的。

灵能不是必要的。作为玩家，不应该看怪物数据
