提夫林法师是否擅长长弓

刚才在竞技场看到一个法师（ http://www.www.goddessfantasy.net/bbs/index.php?show...427
），其中提到
种族特性：
Outsider：擅专所有简易武器和军用武器

然而根据SRD
Humanoids and Class Levels: Creatures with 1 or less HD replace their monster levels with their character levels. The monster loses the attack bonus, saving throw bonuses, skills, and feats granted by its 1 monster HD and gains the attack bonus, save bonuses, skills, feats, and other class abilities of a 1st-level character of the appropriate class.

提夫林法师在lv1的时候除非手选专长：军用武器熟练（长弓），否则是不应该熟练该武器的。

是否如此？

我认为失去的feat指的是Weapon Focus (rapier)而非军用武器熟练

我认为那个weapon focus就是第一个hd的时候手动选择的专长，而提夫林作为只有一个HD的生物本身没有和精灵类似的种族专长。在提夫林种族特性列表里也提到
—Racial Feats: A tiefling gains feats according to its class levels.

所以提夫林法师并不能从它的outsider种族中获得擅长全部军用/简易武器。

精灵没有种族专长，只有种族特性。Martial Weapon Proficiency是列在Outsider Traits里的，正如同Bow Proficiency是列在Elf Traits里的，所以也应当做类似的处理。

修正一下，我认为weapon Proficiency是一种能力，相关专长只是让你获得这种能力。
outsider并不是获得MARTIAL WEAPON PROFICIENCY作为bonus feat，而是具备了poficiency with all maatial weapons这种能力，因此并不会因为有了职业等级而失去。

MARTIAL WEAPON PROFICIENCY中使用的措辞可以支持我的上述的看法，另外，从进阶职业的前提也可以看出，weapon proficiency是单列出来的，而没有放在feat里。

Proficient with whatever type of armor (light, medium, or heavy) it is described as wearing, as well as all lighter types. Outsiders not indicated as wearing armor are not proficient with armor. Outsiders are proficient with shields if they are proficient with any form of armor.

关于这里,一个提夫林法师是不是也熟悉轻甲呢?因为在标准怪物里可是穿了轻甲的.
同时,一个提夫林贼是不是也一样熟悉盾牌?
