In general, I don't see why not. There may be issues working with the Character Builder on the same character at the same time from multiple locations, so please don't do that.

20. Are there any plans to offer an API?

Plans in that area are being discussed.

反正我已經取消了訂閱. 巨龍誌和地城誌質素每況越下 (我懷念三版的巨龍誌), 好端端的 CB 沒事走去重新做個在線版, 原版在明知不會繼續的情況下更新到一半變殘廢, 一開始的角色塑做器和遊戲桌到現在都沒交付, 怪物產生器半死不活不去修, 眾多玩家要求的戰鬥/戰術管理器也當作聽不見...

大不了只是沒了資料庫. 三版還不是那樣手工查勘誤做卡.
