近爆自己所在格算效果范围吗？

我一直以为应该是不算的，不过Drow的黑云近爆1，如果自己的格子不算，那岂不是周围一圈有，中间一格是空的？
然则如果自己所在格也算的话，某些近爆打creature的，岂不是连自己也要被打？
所以自己站的那格究竟算不算攻击范围呢？如果不算，黑云就是8格环形咯？

爆发：爆发始于起始格并且在各个方向扩展距起始格特定数量的格子。例如，牧师威能焰击是在离你10格内爆发2的威能，意即此威能起始点必须离你10格内，影响起始格和所有离起始格两个格子内的格子(一个5×5的区域)。除非有威能另外注明，你创造的近程爆发不会影响你。但是，你创造的区域爆发会影响你。爆发影响处在效果区域内且与起始格有效果线连接的目标。
