When you use a wizard encounter power, a wizard
daily power, or a blood mage power that deals damage,
you can, once per turn as a free action just prior to
using the power, deal either a minor wound or a severe
wound to yourself.
A minor wound deals 1d10 damage to you.
A severe wound deals 2d10 damage to you.
When the power you use damages a target, you deal
extra psychic damage equal to the damage you dealt to
yourself.

問題:
1. "自傷" 的部份能夠用任何方法減少? (例如Stone SKin的resist 10 to all damage...)
2.承 1, 那對敵人的額外傷害是用 "自傷" 的原始值算還是減傷後的值算?

另一個有關Bolstering Blood的問題...

For the blood mage paragon path, how often can you damage an opponent using the Bolstering Blood feature?
You can damage an opponent once per turn and once per power.

所以, 是:
1.Blostering Blood對於同一Power只作用一次, 不管該Power能攻擊幾次或持續多久
2.Blostering Blood對於同一Power可持續作用, 但每輪限作用一次
3.有人有其他版本的解釋?

1. 沒有說明不能減, 可以減掉, 但很可能不是原意
2. 減傷後的

我觉得这东西就是DM判的，而且就算可以减免，那么额外伤害肯定也是减免后的。如此，则使得减免手段变得毫无意义。
