感觉翻译区的译文有点不对的样子：
如果检定成功，邪术师可以如同自己已经施展了相关法术来制造该物品。如果检定失败，则他不能完成该物品，但制造物品所需的经验或是金币并没有被浪费掉。这种检定在他获得新的等级之前不能重试。

这里的arrest应该做“妨碍”讲。这句话就是说的，如果使用卷轴失败的话，并不会导致（制造物品）经验和金币的消耗，当然同时制造的过程也中止和失败了。我觉得这个翻译没什么问题。

而且这句话从头到尾都是说失败的情况……怎么会造东西不要XP和GP……
