顺便一点，施法者解除魔法解除自己施法的法术是解除检定自动成功的。
挂自己身上能解消，靠能力拍给别人的话解消不了的。phb说的很清楚解消法术需要你在法术的范围内。这东西的范围是自身，城管的能力并没有改掉范围是自身这一条。
Dismissible: If the Duration line ends with “(D),” you can
dismiss the spell at will. You must be within range of the spell’s
effect and must speak words of dismissal, which are usually a modified form of the spell’s verbal component. If the spell has no verbal
component, you can dismiss the effect with a gesture. Dismissing a

PHB第176页。所谓的范围原文就是RANGE。而法术RANGE词条下，包含Personal，Touch，Close等。城管的能力恰恰改变的就是从Personal到Touch。范围这个翻译根本不准确，在标准法术翻译里其实指的是距离这个标签。在律规则前拜托先把原文看一下。不要对着中文翻译望文生义
