Disjunctive Touch(Su):As a stan- dard action, Fraz-Urbluu can absorb, ruin, and negate even the most power- ful magical effects by touch. IfFraz-Urb'luu wishes to disjoin all spell effects on a creature or bbject, he need only to makea successful touch attack.The creature onobject touched mtust ihen make a DC35 Will save or all active spelleffecis or the ongoing effects of supernatural abilities are immediately disjoined. This includes permanent effects like bestow ciurse that canmot normally be dispelled by dispel magic, but does not includeinstantaneous effects like those created by flesh to stone, feeble- mind,or insanity.
If Fraz-Urbluu wishes to disjoin a magic item,the item must be unat- tended or he muist first successfully grapple the item's current possessor. He then targets one item, which miust make a successful DC35 Will save (using its own save or its owner's save,whichever is better). Failure indicates that the item is immediately and permanently tuned into a nonmagical item.
Fraz-Urb'luu has a20% chance of destroying an antimagic field with this special attack.Even artifacts are sub- ject to his disjunctive touch,although there is only a 20% chance of actually affecting such powerful items.Each time Fraz-Urb'luu destroys an artifact he must make a DC25 Will save or lose all spell-like and supernatural special attacks and special qualities for 1oo years.Although Fraz-Urbluu normally only fails such a saving throw on a nat- ural1,he's still wary of disjoining arti- facts-he lost his powers once before when he destroyed the Ichor Lance.
