When using the Fire Hawk power’s Opportunity Action, what counts as “any action that can provoke opportunity attacks?” Can I use this when the target moves or uses a ranged attack power, even if it is not adjacent to any of my allies?
Yes. The effect is similar to threatening reach.
然后在官网bbs也有两个帖子吵了很久，似乎也没个共识。
其实是英文太长没耐心看完我是这样用的，Fire Hawk 正常使用，放置一个
火鹰标记物在target的格子，Fire Hawk Attack作为以
火鹰标记物为中心，威胁范围10的远程借机攻击使用。
火鹰标记物持续到我下回合结束，它不受攻击，不占空间，只是一个标记（想过作为杂兵处理的，但这个威能又没有 召唤 关键字，而且作为随意太滥强了），借机后还是在原坐标不动。对于单一目标只能借机一次。
我就是想问下，这个fire hawk 到底怎么用
以谁为中心，对于单一目标能够借机几次（毕竟trigger是takes any action that can provoke OA）？
