规则设定的前提是“你学习和使用的前提”而不是你“拥有”的前提
先决条件（PREREQUISITES）

有些专长有先决条件。为选择或使用该专长你的人物必须具备指明的属性，职业特性，专长，技能，基本攻击加值，或其他指定条件。人物可在达到专长先决条件的级别的同时选择该专长。

人物在失去先决条件后不可使用该专长。

 
例子：就像一个学了跳跃攻击+旋风攻击又穿重甲的人，虽然他不能跳跃攻击（因为跳跃攻击在重甲态失效），但是依旧可以旋风攻击（哪怕这时候必要条件的跳跃攻击无法生效）

而这是错的。
whirlwind的穿甲问题和expertise的属性问题不能相提并论。
如果有人通过敏捷护腕达到Dex13学了whirlwind，然后脱掉护腕，则他是不能使用whirlwind的。
剑圣能力同理。

这不一样。。我的意思是“失去先决条件，会失去使用专长的能力，但是专长本身不失去”
也就是说，重甲是让跳跃攻击这个专长失效，但是没有失去跳跃攻击的专长，所以依旧可以做旋风攻击。
而mimir举的例子，则是11DEX直接无法满足“旋风攻击”的要求，所以无法旋风攻击，但是这不会意味着“在11dex的期间，人物会视为没有‘旋风攻击’专长”
所以，我先堆到13，学专长，然后取下进阶，是可以的，因为进阶只要求“有专长”而不是“可以使用专长”

当你把“拥有”和“可以使用”分成两码事时（平时通常混为一谈），进阶职业的requirements并不天然指代“拥有”。

其实，最好的答案来自你自己的话。

就像存款一样，虽然不能直接拿来用，但是就算不取出来，照样能拿存折显摆“我有多少钱”吧。

拿不能用的钱买东西是什么行为？

没错，是诈骗。所以不要这么做。
