4E战锁的一些问题

目前己经确定的是Implement Focus和Implement Expertise对这类威能有效,那么优异法器和双法器能否作用于这一类的威能呢?比如在得到武器擅长加值(这个是确定的)的同时额外得到优异法器的加成.

因为说了有附魔加值，属性啥的，我也同意pact weapon应该能享受优异法器的加成。

DUAL IMPLEMENT SPELLCASTER

Pact weapon的说明里没有说它可以当成法器用（只是法器做成的武器），所以我觉得双法器不能用……

因为说了有附魔加值，属性啥的，我也同意pact weapon应该能享受优异法器的加成。

我觉得不能。这里提到的属性都是法器的魔法特性，而优异法器是非魔法特性，所以只有武器关键字的威能就算用pact weapon用出来也是不上优异法器加成的（pact weapon本身提供熟练加成，如果我没记错的话）。

不过我在想，wield both in hand并没有明确指出施法时同时使用了pact weapon和implement……比如two weapon fighting要求在使用武器威能的同时“wield a melee weapon in each hand”，但是一般的武器威能只使用其中一把武器也能得到TWF的+1伤害加成。

客服的己知回答是如果一手拿个rod一手拿个pact weapon用这个power可以得到Rod Expertise给的AB。所以我觉得rod应该也在power里被使用了...
