對這件av1內的魔法物品有些疑問~想請教一下大家

Weapon: Any
Enhancement: Attack rolls and damage rolls
Critical: +1d6 damage per plus
Power (Encounter ? Teleportation): Free Action. Use this
power when you hit a target with the weapon. You and
the target switch locations.

如果選擇它為dagger~是不是只有近戰和投擲命中時才能使用它的異能~?
如果術士拿它作implement使用魔法~魔法打中了能啟動它的異能嗎~?

個人認為沒甚麼不可.

反正弓都能用了，没什么不可以的....当然hit with this weapon本身的意义在某些地方确实有待商榷，不过这件东西就无所谓了。
