如标题,3E规则,我们的DM认为掏出卷轴类似拔出武器,是一个移动等效动作,
而某PC认为掏出卷轴类似弓箭手抽箭瞄准,是个即时动作
会有这样的争论的原因是,某PC想一回合施展多个卷轴(全是瞬发法术)
DM则根据上面的理由认为一回合最多施展两个卷轴,也就是两个移动等效(掏卷)+两个即时动作(施法)
不知道哪种理解是正确的,
如果PC的理解是正确的,那么一回合最多可以施展多少个瞬发法术卷轴呢?

抽卷是什么动作dm说了算。FR背景的话,可以买子弹带,从子弹带上拿东西是自由动作。
我想说的是,好像3e瞬发法术也是每轮只能发一个的吧?

对于想一轮烧数十张卷轴这种行为就算规则允许,也一定会被DM HR掉的,所以询问的意义不大,请尊重你DM的判断。

1. 即使法术是瞬发的,使用法术完成(卷轴)或者法术触发(魔杖)类魔法物品依然至少是个标准动作。
2. 认真判的话,拿出一个物品是一个类移动作没错。即使从规则角度而非dm最大的角度来看,您dm的判罚也是正确的。
3. 如同mimir所说,一轮最多施展一个瞬发法术。
Quicken Spell [Metamagic]
Benefit: Casting a quickened spell is a free action. The character can perform another action, even casting another spell, in the same round as the character casts a quickened spell. The character may only cast one quickened spell per round. A spell whose casting time is more than 1 full round cannot be quickened. A quickened spell uses up a spell slot four levels higher than the spell’s actual level.

PC最初的想法来自DMG的3E中文版270页,制造魔法物品部分有下面这句话
"....若制造者具有超魔法专长,可以在物品上灌输更高等级功效的法术.例如,
制造者可以将法术升阶以增加威力,或加上瞬发法术让施法成为即时行动"
按照大家的意见,似乎怎么也不可能通过使用魔法物品来"让施法成为即时行动"
如果DMG是正确的话,能请大家给举个例子吗??

3r 中沒有此一例子了. 不過部份奇物的使用的確是即時動作, 儲物手套就是一例.

你可以做一些用free action来command trigger的奇物……诸如加速靴之类……但是严格来说,这应该不算“让施法成为即时动作”。完全与施放某个法术相同的,应该就是指spell completion和spell trigger物品。这两种物品在3r中都至少需要标准动作使用。
Spell Completion: This is the activation method for scrolls. A scroll is a spell that is mostly finished. The preparation is done for the caster, so no preparation time is needed beforehand as with normal spellcasting. All that’s left to do is perform the finishing parts of the spellcasting (the final gestures, words, and so on). To use a spell completion item safely, a character must be of high enough level in the right class to cast the spell already. If he can’t already cast the spell, there’s a chance he’ll make a mistake. Activating a spell completion item is a standard action and provokes attacks of opportunity exactly as casting a spell does.
Spell Trigger: Spell trigger activation is similar to spell completion, but it’s even simpler. No gestures or spell finishing is needed, just a special knowledge of spellcasting that an appropriate character would know, and a single word that must be spoken. Anyone with a spell on his or her spell list knows how to use a spell trigger item that stores that spell. (This is the case even for a character who can’t actually cast spells, such as a 3rd-level paladin.) The user must still determine what spell is stored in the item before she can activate it. Activating a spell trigger item is a standard action and does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
so,要么是3e-3r变化了,要不就是中文翻译有误。

注意, 所有魔法物品的標準觸發方法都不是自由動作, 全都是標準動作, 包括 Command Trigger. Use Triggered 沒說明的話要麼是標準, 要麼不是動作.
另外, 假設玩家真的可以即時施展, 如上所述他們依然受抽出東西和一輪一次瞬發的限制.

反正,想一回合疯狂的瞬发各种各样的低阶法术,是即使你只使用低阶法术,也不能办到的。
