Charm Person
The spell does not enable you to control the charmed person as if it were an automaton, but it perceives your words and actions in the most favorable way.

Charm Person貌似不是Control效果诶...

就算wotc说能防也要立下hr废掉...

不是...我的意思是按规则的话PFE到底能不能防CP...- -|||
HR的话我现在倒是倾向不能防但可以多次豁免.....

charm person 按规则就是enchantment (charm) effect，PFE对它有效。
此外，我不认为在规则上有“Control效果”这种定义或分类。
再者，charm person那段英文，也不是 [charm person不是control效果] 这种意思，而是 [对目标的操控不能达到控制机器人（操控自如）的程度] 的意思 —— 这跟“汤姆不是猫”和“汤姆不是黑猫”一样，在句意表达上有本质的区别。

呃..按规则的话,PFE防的是 enchantment (charm) effects and enchantment (compulsion) effects that grant the caster ongoing control over the subject(注意这个定语从句),而并非是所有enchantment(charm) effect, 也就是说像暗示和困惑之类的PFE没办法防.
至于CP能不能算Control我觉得要是死咬文字的话CP貌似确实也不算Control, 而且Charm子系也确实还没强到Control的地步,最多也就是当成好朋友...
不过按Area君对2个Control的解释貌似也行得通
估计这个问题又得成悬案,最后还是得依靠DM自己来解决... :em006

注意的是, 假如能擋, CP 照樣可以施展, 對象照舊要投 will (如果施術者是邪惡, PfE 給予 +2 resis), 不過 CP 在 PfE 完結前都不會有效, 當然也不需要每輪重投.

先前打錯了一些東西...
根據某段 DDO 的討論, 的確是視乎 DM 理解:
If PnP is any kind of guideline PfE will suppress the effects of things like dominate, charm person, suggestion. Things that give the caster some control of victims over time. It is a matter of DM interpretation whether charm even belongs on this list, but it does in my campaign.

Suggestion 是 compulsion, 由效果看是暗示式的命令而不是沒強制性的暗示, 所以太概也會被防止吧.
不過有效期長逹 hr/lv, 除非是長效或永久性 PfE 否則那 min/lv 的保護一完角色還是會照樣喝濃酸... :em016

Suggestion 不是ongoing的Control效果,所以应该是防不了的.

判严一点的话就不能压制
因为Charm Person：

但是这并没有绝对地位，因为PfX确实提到了charm子学派
所以也存在判松一点的空间……
考虑到附魔学派萎靡太久了……还是判严厉一点的好 :em001

控制的说法比较暧昧...主要是我觉得即使是feeblemind, suggestion之类，真的要说...也算是某种意义上的心智控制....
mm4上的whisper demon的有个类似confuse的su能力，特地注明了不会被pfe防止...于是confuse应该也是pfe能够防的东西....这个也不是狭义理解的control....

其实光PFE也没什么,时间短得很,问题在于反阵营法环这种持续时间比较长的东西.......
看起来还是得DM亲自动手HR一下才行= =

Suggestion 不是ongoing的Control效果,所以应该是防不了的.
Suggestion 是持續的心靈控制效果, dispel magic 可破, 效果持續到暗示的行動逹成為止, 除非行動觸法條件沒有逹成 (此情況就限 hr/lv).

相比 charm, confusion 可以在更狹義的情況下算 control, 因為施術者的確對目標的行動有一定的控制 - 把目標的行動控制在那少許可能的行動之內.
相對而言, charm 沒有直接控制, 一切因 charm 引致的控制都是間接效果...
於是 confusion 能不能防就取決於 confusion 算不算符合 "some control"... 天殺的, 為甚麼要用 'some', 我現在想去斬寫此段說明的人. :em014

charm其实也是控制了对方的行动，一定要对你favorable。这个说不清楚...
真的要判松一点...估计只有heroism，heroism greater，和power word kill不算ongoing control了...
总之就看dm怎么立hr...
