主题: 关于牛头人的疑问

强力冲刺（特异）：牛头人的战斗通常以冲锋对手开始，低下头用强有力的双角冲进战场。这次攻击除了冲刺动作本身的优势和风险外，还将以+9的攻击加值进行单一一次抵撞攻击，并造成4d6+6点伤害。

这个强力冲刺是指牛头人能在冲刺同时顶一下呢，还是指冲刺同时能砍一下再顶一下呢？

DM认为这个是指命中+2跟AC-2……
