Reserve Maneuver
Paragon Tier
Prerequisite: 11th level
Benefit: Choose an encounter attack power from your class. The power must be your level or lower and one that you don’t already have. When you regain the use of your powers at the end of any rest, you can gain the use of the chosen power instead of regaining the use of an encounter attack power of the same level or higher.
Special: Each time you gain a level, you can exchange the power you chose for this feat for another encounter attack power from your class. The power must be your level or lower and one that you don’t already have.

这个能换出兼职职业的遭遇威能么

不可以, 因為兼職所給予的威能基本上沒有等級. 當然認為可以的人也不是沒有, 如果有疑問最好問 DM.

一般都是來換混職的power才比較常見.

只能選本職系統的。
兼職職業系統：
A character who has taken a class-specific multiclass feat counts as a member of that class for the purpose of meeting prerequisites for taking other feats and qualifying for paragon paths.
兼職只讓拿需求該兼職職業的專長和典範之道。
拿兼職職業的遭遇攻擊威能，似乎只有兩個方法。
1.兼職職業後，具備新手威能[兼職遭遇]專長。
專長名稱：新手威能[兼職遭遇](Novice Power [Multiclass Encounter])
需求條件：Any class-specific multiclass feat, 4th level.
效益：You can swap one encounter attack power you know for one encounter attack power of the same level or lower from the class you multiclassed into.
2.Paragon Multiclassing
In place of the paragon path encounter power gained at 11th level, you can select any encounter power of 7th level or lower from your second class.

其实是Novice Power换了一个武术遭遇威能之后
还想再换一个神术遭遇威能
半精灵Bard/War Chanter/Warmaster希望最大化爆AP的好处
于是打算Martial Mastery和Divine Mastery都学，但是这样看来是没办法同时搞到神术和武术的遭遇威能了
