如题，用塔盾的全掩蔽效果面对喷吐之类的攻击要怎么处理？还有面对石化牛的石化之类的特异能力呢？

A tower shield’s effects on magical attacks depend on the kind of magical attack. Any attack aimed at your equipment is aimed at you. If a magical attack has you as a specific target (that is it does not merely affect the area that contains you but is aimed right at you), the shield has no effect. All rays fall into this category, as does any spell that has a Target entry in its header and any spell that has an Effect entry and affects creatures (provided, of course, that the attacker can and does choose the shield user as a target). Magical attacks that fill areas (bursts, cones, cylinders, lines, emanations, and spreads) are subject to all the rules for cover on page 151 of the PH. Such attacks are completely blocked if line of effect between you and the attack’s point of origin passes through the side of your space the shield blocks. You get cover (+4 AC, +2 on Reflex saves) if the magical attack’s line of effect passes through the corner of the blocked side. Spread effects reach around the shield if they normally would extend into your space, but you still get a Reflex save bonus for cover when they do. A gaze attack is blocked if the shield would give you total cover against attacks from the creature with the gaze attack. If the shield gives you cover only, you’re still subject to the gaze attack (although you could avert or close your eyes to avoid the attack).
我错了，对喷涂武器有效，如果发动喷涂攻击的生物到目标生物经过塔盾全掩蔽的方格，目标生物反射检定获得+2的加值。

如果位置比较巧并且你的体型至少为大型的话，有可能可以阻断喷吐攻击的传播路径……

居然这样都不给精通反射闪避么……
掩蔽的程度：某些情况下，掩蔽可以在AC和反射检定上提供更高的加值。举例来说，躲在墙角或射孔后面只露出眼睛的人物，显然要比站在矮墙或障碍物后面者可以获得更多保护。在这种状况下，DM可以决定让其在AC和反射检定上获得两倍加值（分别是+8和+4）。具有较佳掩蔽的生物在对抗所有须进行反射检定的攻击时，视同具有「精通反射闪避」专长（见51页游荡者职业的说明）。另外，具有较佳掩蔽也可以在「躲藏」检定上获得+10加值。
如果是我做DM，一定会判可视为具有精通反射闪避的吧……

塔盾（Shield, Tower）：塔盾是几乎与人等高的大木盾。大部分状况下，它可以对AC提供盾牌加值。但你也可以躲在后面，得到完全掩蔽，这种情况下你完全不能进行攻击。施法者还是能够以你的盾牌为目标，往你身上施法。塔盾不能进行猛击。你无法使用持盾牌的手做其他事情。
很明显塔盾已经把人整个儿遮住了……

这样看来，就是说面对爆炸，喷吐等AOE法术，塔盾的全掩蔽可以带来+2反射豁免；以单体为目标的法术只能瞄准塔盾，伤害按塔盾的硬度和HP来结算；石化牛的石化之类技能完全无效。是这个意思吗？

不對，爆炸，噴吐等AOE法術，對使用塔盾進行全遮蔽的目標無效。如果使用塔盾進行全遮蔽的目標身後有生物，該生物仍可以得到+4AC，+2Ref的好處。石化牛与此相同（但使用塔盾進行全遮蔽的生物身後的生物無法得到任何對抗石化牛的好處）

如果A爲龍，B為使用塔盾進行全遮蔽的生物，C為一個法師，那麽A的龍息對B無效，C在進行反射檢定時獲得+2的加值。

明白了，也就是说，用塔盾作全掩蔽时，要先声明向哪个方向，如果是从该方向来的范围攻击，完全无效，如果是其他方向来的，AC+4，反射+2，是这样吗？

Giving a forceful exhale across your cupped hand, your breath shoots forth tinged with frost and crystals of ice.
You breathe a cone of intense cold at your foes. The spell deals 1d4 points of cold damage per two caster levels (maximum 5d4). In addition, all creatures damaged by the frost breath that fail their Reflex save are dazed for 1 round by the sudden shock of cold.
Material Component: Three drops of water or fragments of ice (which are held in a cupped palm and blown toward the target).

Emanation是弥散，也是会被障碍物阻挡的……
扩散是Spread……
锥状、柱状、直线或球状：区域法术的影响范围形状通常为锥状、柱状、直线或球状。
锥状法术会以你为中心，对你指定的方向射出四分之一圆形。锥状由你所在方格的任一角落为中心，往指定方向开展出去。多数锥状法术的影响方式为爆发或弥漫（详见上文），因此不会跨越转角。例如「寒冰锥」。
喷吐扩散（Spreading Breath）［超喷吐］
你能将你的喷吐攻击转变为扩散效果。
先决条件：体质15，喷吐攻击，喷吐塑形，体型小型以上。
效果：你能将喷吐攻击调整为以你头部为中心的扩散攻击，这会取代喷吐原来的形状。扩散的半径取决于你的体型，如下表所示。

当你使用本专长后，在你下次使用喷吐攻击前的等待轮数+2。
对锥状法术的描述和前面这个专长也能说明龙息不是Spread，而是burst（总不可能是Emanation）吧……
