Bonded Summoner 11th ability (From Arcane Power paage117) :

Summoner's Slip:
    Wheeever you use a arcane power that has conjuration or summoning keyword
  , you can teleport 2 squares  as a free action after using the power.

所以, 什麼狀況可以觸發這個能力?
1.第一次施展Summoning/Conjuration Power時
2.Sustain Conjuration Power時
3.操作Summoning/Conjuration Power動作 (攻擊, 移動...etc) 時?

1, and only 1. "use" 你可以當作 "cast" 來看. 其他的都只是對用了/施展後產生的結果(召喚物/咒法物)下指示.

Attack: Intelligence vs. Will

adjacent to the target takes psychic damage equal to

再順便問另一個問題好了...

緊鄰目標而被波及到的, 有算被該power擊中嗎?

團裡有人認為因為是寫在 "hit" 裡, 所以應該算......

所以被波及的人也會觸發psychic lock / phantom echo ......

對他們沒攻擊骰, 不算命中, 不吃以上專長. 他們也不是威能目標, 目標及命中的只有一個.

相鄰目標因沒攻擊骰，不成立威能攻擊目標

/me 攻擊A，若命中對周圍目標給予定數傷害，大部分實用度都很低 :em004
