是否表明该超魔专长是无需在准备法术时记忆为众雷之子法术，而只需要在施放时宣告并在其后接受晕眩1轮效果？

同样情况的还有极寒之主，原文为You can turn spells with the cold descriptor into uttercold spells.是否表明这个超魔专长只需要在施放时宣告就有效？

PS，对应的前置超魔“能量置换”应该是必须在准备法术时记忆吧？

我认为所有超魔使用方法都只由施法方式决定，跟专长叙述无关。

是吧...否则的话, wizard怎么用这个超魔呢...
