假如這個Power的Target是敵人, 那該Target移動時受difficult terrain影響嗎?

(移動前, 下一格是difficult terrain, 但移動瞬間difficult terrrain就跟著移動了......)

受吧. 移動進入困難地型, 他自己不免疫. 效果上他的機動性受制最大. 看上去合理.
