这东西对于既打人又给buff的东西(比如牧师at-will Lance of Faith)有效否?

应该是只对buff部分有效，打击距离还那样。

RAW 上, 只要符合條件就可以增距. 暫時來看這也是 4e 的風格. 建議由 DM 定奪.
