我的理解是这个标准动作的法术，在你的手上造出火。
在下一轮才能攻击，不知道对不对。

还是说这一轮就能攻击？

我判的话是施法的同时可以丢，否则的话，根据『No sooner do you hurl the flames than a new set appears in your hand.』丢出去火球后，就必须有动作『装填』。

任何接触类法术的施展过程都包括了攻击动作

SRD里面明确的说，可以先施法、再移动、然后攻击释放。

然则这个就没有接触
只有效果。

根据那段话推断不出必然有"装填"的动作成分

我看还是要下一轮丢

You can strike an opponent with a melee touch attack, dealing fire damage equal to 1d6 +1 point per caster level (maximum +5). Alternatively, you can hurl the flames up to 120 feet as a thrown weapon.

很明显, melee touch attack和作为thrown weapon都是需要标准/全回合动作的, 造火本身就要消耗动作施法,而且效果只是Flame in your palm也就是还没丢出去...施法当时就能丢其实是TOEE的误导呀.....................

另外, No sooner do you hurl the flames than a new set appears in your hand. 这句话不是就是说根本不需要装填么, 丢完一团就又出现一团, 连动作都不耗.
